Damages
If the edition/s is damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours and include images of the damage so that the artist may make a claim with the carrier.
We will ask you to retain the edition/s pending investigation.
If a refund is agreed by the artist, you will be reimbursed via the same method of original payment without undue delay and within 14 days from the day on which the artist agrees that you are entitled to a refund.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind, you must inform us within 14 days from receiving the goods (based on the tracked delivery date).
You must send the edition back to the Artist’s address within 14 days of when you requested a refund.
As we are a small independent business, buyers are responsible for return postage for unwanted items. Please be sure to send the edition/s using a fully recorded delivery service with appropriate damage cover as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged on their return journey.
The edition must be returned in the same condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if you have diminished the value of the edition/s by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
If the edition/s has been damaged by you or is damaged by the courier company you use to return the edition/s the artist will not be liable to agree to a refund and we will not be able to process a refund.
We will reimburse you via the same method of original payment without undue delay and within 14 days of the Artist receiving return of the edition/s.
