Founded in 1993, Rainbow Migration supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and intersex people through the UK asylum and immigration system while also carrying out campaign and influencing work to improve the asylum system for LGBTQI+ people. Today they are the longest running organisation in Europe supporting LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum. They provide vital practical and emotional support so that LGBTQI+ people feel less isolated and help them to access safe housing and healthcare services. They deliver the UK’s only specialist legal advice on LGBTQI+ asylum to help LGBTQI+ people seeking safety secure their futures here. They undertake campaigning and policy work to advocate for a more humane and compassionate asylum and immigration system.

Red Kite is a registered charity delivering services to all adults of any gender who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. Mission-Red Kite exists to ensure that survivors recover, thrive, and live their best lives in the families and communities.

When clients are ready, they are introduced Red Kite’s Recovery Therapy Service for a range of therapeutic interventions, either face-to-face or on-line, either individually or in groups, and free at the point of delivery.

Red Kite also lobbies and campaigns for changes in the Criminal Justice System to improve the experience of survivors pursuing perpetrators through through the sytem. Additionally, they participate in research to increase the knowledge base of best interventions to effect optimum recovery of survivors.
